QR Codes are becoming the mobile device replacement for the legacy UPC barcode….sorta!

I was in Home Depot yesterday and noticed that the little plastic instruction spikes in the plants in the garden center had QR Codes so you could get information on the particular plant species right there in Home Depot on your mobile device. What a great use of QR Codes.
